By accessing or using the Maison Velure website (“Site”) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or purchase our products.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Maison Velure reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of human hair.

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Maison Velure (or its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

Orders placed using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers (including Klarna, Afterpay, etc.) are considered binding purchases and are subject to the same final sale and policy terms as all other orders.

FINAL SALE & RETURNS

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Maison Velure does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Claims related to manufacturing defects are governed exclusively by our Returns & Defective Merchandise Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

PRODUCT USE & INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

Maison Velure products are made from natural human hair. Performance and longevity may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Installation methods

  • Styling techniques

  • Chemical processing

  • Maintenance and care practices

Maison Velure is not responsible for issues resulting from professional services, customization, improper care, or misuse after delivery.

INSPECTION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for inspecting products in their original condition prior to installation or customization. Manufacturing defects, if present, are typically identifiable before hair is altered or worn.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including images, logos, product names, descriptions, and branding, is the exclusive property of Maison Velure and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maison Velure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or Site, including but not limited to installation-related outcomes or third-party services.

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We are committed to resolving concerns directly and encourage customers to contact Maison Velure prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Maison Velure may submit order documentation, including accepted policies and delivery confirmation, to the payment processor for review.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Maison Velure is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Maison Velure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
